Ten For Tuesday Episode 124: Check Out The Intro

Episode 124 features something new, a little opening music sort of thing done by my friend Aaron and myself. He did all of the music and I did the vocals. Even though my talking part was already recorded I have chosen to include it for this and the next episode but on 126 I'll actually talk about it and reference it. Hey, it's something I've been wanting to do for some time and I finally got around to doing it. That's worth something.

Best Coast - In My Eyes
Thurston Moore - Smoke Of Dreams
Lee Ranaldo - Off The Wall
Policias Y Ladrones - Ya No Soy Tu Amigo
Bloc Party - Banquet
PJ Harvey - The Wheel
The Cribs - Moving Picture
Olaya Sound System - Agua de Manantial
Filthy Friends - Any Kind Of Crowd
Kurt Vile - Pretty Pimpin'

Ten For Tuesday Episode 088: Another Falls Down

I originally wanted to pay tribute to Lemmy with a song from Motorhead's album released last year. Then I found the band Last In Line which featured (amongst their lineup of old Dio bandmates) bassist Jimmy Bain. While preparing the podcast I found out that Jimmy Bain died on Monday, January 25th. Weird timing for me. Another one gone, it's happening far too quickly. Enough of this, I'll let the music speak.

Motorhead - Thunder & Lightning
Motor Sister - Head Hanging Low
Last In Line - Devil In Me
The Clash - Spanish Bombs
Olaya Sound System - Los Olayas
Sublime With Rome - Where You Go
Chotokoeu - Global Riot
Tenement - Pauline
Iron Chic - Subhumanoid Meltdown
J Church - Foreign Films

Ten For Tuesday is a podcast dedicated to playing the music I couldn't find anywhere else. The music I like varies from style to style, genre to genre and era to era. You will hear punk, ska, rock, Americana, metal, country, rockabilly and more from all over the world. It doesn't matter if it's a major label or indie as long as I like it then it gets played. The motto is Less Talk More Music which means you won't hear me waxing poetic for fifteen minutes between songs. At TFT its all about the music...and me of course.

Ten For Tuesday Episode 26: From All Over

Episode 26 is ready featuring a lot of cool music from Argentina, Peru, and the U.S. mainly. I also talk about the connection between the bands Death and Rough Francis and the documentary "A Band Called Death" which I have yet to see but it sounds fascinating. Scott Mosier (one half of Smodcast) produced the film. On to the music:

NOFX - Ronnie & Mags
Argies - Senales Difusas
Will Hoge - America
Something Fierce - Empty Screens
Olaya Sound System - El Monte
Van Stee - Color In The Paper Planes
The Cult - She Sells Sanctuary
Nirvana - Breed
Rough Francis - Waiting
Death - Freaking Out
